On April 16th, RNAE and Lisboa E-Nova promoted the National Meeting of Energy and Environment Agencies 2024 (ENAEA2024). This highlight event brings together representatives from Energy Agencies, Academia and Sovereignty Bodies, aiming to promote a constructive dialogue on the most pressing challenges in the energy and environmental sector.

ENAEA2024 is a collaborative initiative whose central objective is to foster synergies between different territories, promoting in-depth reflection on the climate crisis, efficient resource management, and a fair transition to renewable energy sources. The event will be a platform for open and constructive discussion, with the active participation of experts, academics, and leaders of sovereign bodies.

Over almost three decades, Energy and Environment Agencies have played a fundamental role in promoting energy and environmental policies in different aspects, such as the Rational Use of Energy, Energy Efficiency, the use of Renewable Energy, and the path to decarbonization, accompanied across the board by public awareness campaigns.

ENAEA 2024 aims to give stakeholders a voice, present the results that have been obtained, and provide a space for the exchange of innovative ideas and the creation of strategic partnerships. It is intended to result in tangible actions to drive the transition to a more sustainable future.
