On the 10th of November, Pedro Palma participated in the 2nd Edition of the Encontro Energia e Território (Energy and Territory Encounter), organized by the energy distrubuter E-REDES, The National Network of Energy Agencies (RNAE), and the University of Évora. He was part of the panel Eficiency in Construction as a way to mitigate Energy Poverty.
