João Pedro Gouveia participated in the C40 Cities Inclusive Climate Action Academy, giving a MasterClass on EnergyPoverty Diagnosis and Monitoring at Fundação da Cidade de Lisboa for the cities of Lisbon, Milan, Athens, Warsaw, Paris, Rotterdamand Barcelona.

João Pedro Gouveia and Miguel Macias Sequeira also explored the concept of Hard-to-Reach Energy Users and how to engage them, what is the status of different profiles at the EU level and what our team at CENSE - Center for Environmental and Sustainability Research Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa is doing on the ground in Portugal and the EU through LIFE HORIS, ENTRACK Project, EPAH, Ponto de Transição and many others.

Miguel Macias Sequeira also led part of the group on the Telheiras/Lumiar Renewable Energy Community field visit.
