Miguel was in Almada at the presentation of the book "Energy Communities: A Practical Guide" - written by Friends of the Earth Europe, REScoop.eu and Energy Cities and now translated into Portuguese by Coopérnico - to talk about the experience so far with the Telheiras renewable energy community pilot project. This project is being developed by the Local Partnership of Telheiras and the Parish Council of Lumiar, with the technical support of Coopérnico and CENSE FCT-NOVA within the scope of the EU Energy Poverty Advisory Hub.
