On the 19th of October, Miguel participated as a speaker in a POWERPOOR project event, organized by Coopérnico. The session was entitled "Energy Poverty: from challenges to solutions", in person at the Orlando Ribeiro Library and online. Miguel was invited to give a presentation during this session entitled "Energy communities and energy poverty: the case of Telheiras". This project is being developed by the Local Partnership of Telheiras and the Parish Council of Lumiar, with the technical support of Coopérnico and CENSE FCT-NOVA within the scope of the EU Energy Poverty Advisory Hub.
