December 16th | 5 pm | Online | Language: English
Join us at this online event of APEEN - the Portuguese Association for Energy Economics, co-organized in partnership with the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (#EPAH): “Energy Poverty Action: Identifying and Engaging Hard-To-Reach Populations in the European Union”,
In this session, JOão Pedro Gouveia and Miguel Macias Sequeira (CENSE - Center for Environmental and Sustainability Research, Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa) will present EPAH's ongoing work and showcase key strategies and inspirational initiatives to identify and effectively engage vulnerable populations across the EU—essential work for advancing communities' energy welfare, energy justice and informed policy making.
The session will also include the APEEN Young Researcher 2025 Award Ceremony, where we will celebrate the outstanding research selected for this year’s distinction.
At the same time, we will officially launch the APEEN Young Researcher Award 2026, opening the path for next year’s submissions.
