Do you work in the field of #EnergyPoverty at the local level in Portugal ?
You could benefit from technical, personalized, and practical support from our experts to develop or strengthen initiatives that contribute to mitigating energy poverty.
On Tuesday, February 24, the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of NOVA University Lisbon, as the Portuguese representative of the European Commission's Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (#EPAH), invites you to the presentation session for applications to the EPAH 2026 Technical Assistance program.
Whether you are thinking of creating a new initiative to combat energy poverty or improving an existing one, EPAH's technical assistance can help transform your ambition into concrete results. In practice, this support can take different formats, including:
Mapping energy poverty and identifying vulnerable households,
Facilitating access to building renovation or services that help promote it,
Facilitating and assisting in the application process for energy efficiency funding,
Developing local strategies and action plans that include combating energy poverty,
Promoting or improving one-stop energy shops,
Developing inclusive renewable energy communities.
Selected applicants will receive personalized support to help create, strengthen, or scale up energy poverty mitigation initiatives at the local level, from diagnosis to implementation.
