The Happy Energy 4 All, an EPAH Technical Assistance Project, was presented in Mértola civil parish at the Residents Association of the Historical Center of Mertola headquarters, with the participation of FCT-NOVA, representing EPAH, Mértola civil parish representatives, and the experts from Instituto de Ciências Sociais (ICS) and the audience composed mainly by Mértola parish residents.

The event started with the President of the Civil parish welcoming the participants and talking about the importance of addressing energy poverty in the parish. The president and another member of the Residents Association of the Historical Center of Mertola (co-Applicant) told the story behind the application and its relevance to the region. Afterward, Dr. João Pedro Gouveia presented EPAH and its key activities and Pedro Palma presented the energy poverty vulnerability diagnosis and mapping of the region conducted by FCT-NOVA for Technical Assistance. Then, the Experts from ICS described the TA process and methodology for engagement with the citizens, setting the scene for the interviews that will follow. The session ended with a very lively Q&A.
