The Telheiras Renewable Energy Community (CER Telheiras) is a project being developed by the Local Partnership of Telheiras and the Parish Council of Lumiar, with the support of Coopérnico and CENSE FCT-NOVA within the scope of the EU Energy Poverty Advisory Hub. The project emerged from the process of Network of Ideas in which people from Telheiras suggested ideas that they would like to implement in the neighborhood! Over the past few months, CER Telheiras has had the valuable contribution of Evandro Ferreira, who wrote his master's thesis on this topic. On the 12th of April, Wednesday, at 9 pm, Evandro will present the main results of his work to the Telheiras community via Zoom.
