Naturgy Foundation promotes the seminar on Local actions against energy poverty, in which the study titled “Energy poverty: Ecosystem of agents to combat it through proximity interventions” will be presented, prepared by the Chair of Sustainability of the University of Barcelona.

In recent years, the European Union and Member States have made an effort to promote "top-down" policies to combat energy poverty. However, in the current environment, as shown by the indicators, an increase in this problem is observed. The objective of this seminar is to analyze how local actors can help close the gap between government policies and the vulnerable population in terms of energy.
