Miguel participated in the session on energy democracy and energy justice, briefly mentioning some of his ongoing PhD research and two projects at CENSE FCT-NOVA (Menu de Renovação Verde and Ponto de Transição) before presenting the Telheiras Energy Community pilot project. This project is being developed by the Local Partnership of Telheiras and Lumiar Civil Parish with the technical support of Coopérnico and CENSE FCT-NOVA in the scope of the EU Energy Poverty Advisory Hub.
