Miguel Macias Sequeira took part in the filming of the short film "Energy Communities: a step towards energy democratization" which highlighted the Telheiras Renewable Energy Community project. This short film was produced within the scope of the Ativa project, entitled "Climate Action by European Citizens Delivers for Development". The objective of this project is to raise people's awareness of the impacts of climate change and motivate them to be agents of change. It conveys powerful messages about their relevance in the fight against climate change and how citizens can drive change.

The premiere of two short films: "Ocean - the infinite blue that we must protect" and "Energy Communities: the Step towards Energy Democratization" will happen February 21, 2024, at 5:30 pm in Cinema City in Campo Pequeno, Centro Comercial Campo Pequeno, Av. República, 1000-082, Lisbon. The launch will be followed by a conversation with some of the short films' participants, followed by a cocktail.
