The topic was renewable energy communities and energy poverty mitigation. Miguel spoke about the Telheiras Renewable Energy Community pilot project being promoted by the Local Partnership of Telheiras and the Lumiar Civil Parish with the support of Coopérnico and CENSE FCT-NOVA in the scope of the European Union Energy Poverty Advisory Hub.
