Pedro Palma was interviewed for an article titled: "Why are houses in Portugal so cold in winter and hot in summer, and what needs to be done to change this situation?, for the magazine "Entre Rios".


In the interview, he addressed the causes of energy poverty in Portugal and the problem of poor buildings energy performance and energy efficiency. He also spoke about the potential effects for health and well being, as well as solutions to address this issue, namely at the local scale, mentioning the work that is being developed in the EU LIFE LOCATEE project, in partnership with the municipality of Torres Vedras.
