After the first public consultation and 20 months of silence, the National Long-term Strategy for Combating Energy Poverty emerged, in January, to once again be analyzed. With the consultation period over, it is important to understand what has changed, what its strengths are, weaknesses and, above all, if it has "legs" to move on.


João Pedro Gouveia was interviewed by "Edificios e Energia" alongside Islene Façanha (ZERO) and Helder Gonçalves (LNEG).
