The government support program for purchasing efficient equipment excludes heat pumps.

The new Government program to support the acquisition of efficient equipment will give citizens the possibility to buy electric cooktops, ovens and water heaters – but excludes heat pump technology, the most efficient solution from an energy standpoint. This is one of the criticisms pointed out by experts regarding E-Lar, which begins receiving applications on Tuesday. The program is managed by the newly created Climate Agency, which oversees the Environmental Fund.
