The Telheiras Renewable Energy Community (CER Telheiras) is a project being developed by the Local Partnership of Telheiras and the Parish Council of Lumiar, with the support of Coopérnico and CENSE FCT-NOVA within the scope of the EU Energy Poverty Advisory Hub. Over the past few months, CER Telheiras has had the valuable contribution of Evandro Ferreira, who write his master's thesis on this topic.
