This poster summarizes the goals and outputs of the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub technical assistance to the Union of the Civil Parishes of Baixa da Banheira and Vale da Amoreira in Portugal. The project focused on energy poverty diagnosis. The beneficiaries of the technical assistance were the Union of the Civil Parishes of Baixa da Banheira and Vale da Amoreira, and the health center USF Querer Mais. The expert assigned by EPAH was the regional energy and environment agency S.ENERGIA. The project aimed to address the impact of energy poverty on public health by identifying energy-poor individuals with local social sector partners, identifying energy-poor individuals through doctors and nurses using medical data, developing mitigation measures and collaborating with local partners to apply for energy efficiency funding, integrating processes into routine practices and sharing insights with health centers and local governments.
