The poster presents a project that maps thermal comfort vulnerability of Portuguese homes in 5 climatic zones and 3092 civil parishes, covering nearly 3.8 million dwellings and 187 building typologies. The project aims to assess the potential and impact of energy efficiency measures, and to bridge the gap between energy poverty assessment, climate mitigation impact, and climate change vulnerability. It also includes an assessment of building retrofitting potential and the impact of energy efficiency measures, as well as a buildings vulnerability index. The project has practical applications for municipal and intermunicipal climate change adaptation plans.
